 Sports skills camp and drills with lots of high action!

The guests will enroll in a sports training session that includes football skills, defense/ offense, (know the signals and the moves), basketball skills, tricks, and relays. There will be conditioning training and agility drills, see how fast you can move!  (Even Dads can get in on the act!)
