New Students: $10 registration fee and September tuition due at the date of registration to hold your spot.

For returning students: Fall schedule verification & registration fee ($10) before Aug 1st, Sept. tuition due by Aug 21st!

Payment options will include check, cash, or automatic online payment convenience.

Beginner B/C (4-6 yr. olds)  An increased skill level in Magical Tap, Fairy Princess Ballet, and Tumble Bear Gym, packed with a unique fun approach to learning for your child.  The material is a beginner level, however different from the age 3 level work.  We have separate classes for the beginner and student with previous training for this age.   Mon. 6:00-7:00

Hip Hop refers to social or choreographed dance styles primarily danced to hip hop music or that has evolved as part of the hip hop culture. Students are encouraged to have a jazz foundation to be familiar with dancing techniques prior to doing Hip Hop, although not required  Hip Hop classes  
Jr. Jammin I

Ballet Classical   

 

Ballet Classical  Ballet provides a solid foundation for all other forms of dance and also forms the discipline, creativity and appreciation of dance as an art form. Students are motivated to strive for excellence in technique, grace and poise, with additional emphasis on strength, energy and athleticism.  Pointe is taught by recommendation of the instructor when the student’s strength and technical achievement reaches a level where the additional challenge would benefit their classical training.

Zumba  

A fusion of hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a one of a kind program that      will blow  your mind.   One hour of calorie burning, body energizing, awe inspiring movement meant to       engage and captivate for life.   Routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms  and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt the body while burning fat.

Tap         is an intricate form of dance with the feet as well as the body. Tap enhances rhythmic dynamics, speed and agility.   Traditional and           

               contemporary styles are taught, with a focus on total body movement, technical correctness and performance quality.  This is also a graded 

               system for the Adult dancer.

Adult Beginner level I         For the beginner who always wanted to tap as a child & never had the                Tues. 6:00-6:45

Tappin Down The Pounds   A blend of tap basics and arm movements executed to improve  cardio & burn calories       Thurs. 9:30-10:30 am

 for adults.  Up beat music selections you  all love to hear & sing along to.  Not the traditional tap class.

Great for the stay at home person who wants something different  in exercise & no gym membership required.

All That Jazz   Taking you back to where it all began with a traditional Broadway Jazz class incorporating stretching, proper technique, dance 

combinations and more. Dancing to songs from Broadway’s finest productions.

Adult Beginner Level    For the true beginner who enjoys dancing in a comfortable atmosphere                Tues. 6:45-7:30              

                                                                         with other adults.  Learning a dance style and gaining great exercise all   in one.

and under stands the basic jazz terminology, the use of the body

Belly Dance   Four different styles will be introduced.  Bodywork includes isolations and manipulation of the  pelvis.  These dance styles will

        increase flexibility, balance, focus, co-ordination and posture, creating  a better body image and builds stronger self-esteem.

  WITHOUT the  USE OF EQUIPMENT & NO GYM  MEMBERSHIP”

 

ABC, 1-2-3 Sports For Little Ones - A Physical Educational program for preschooler ages 3-6.   This program covers gross motor foundational movements, sequencing numbers, color recognition, shapes, directional movement, pre-tumbling skills & more used in baseball, football, soccer, basketball & hockey.

 

Salsa Style - A blend of Latin rhythms and easy to follow dance moves such as Salsa, Cumbia, Bachata, Merenque, Mambo & more that will get

you on the dance floor.  No partner needed.

 

Fun N’ Funky Fitness Family This class is designed for children, teens & parents to get off the couch, put down the hand held games, get away from the computer and enjoy quality family time with Fun N’ Funky Fitness Family Style, a workout without the use of equipment and high gym fees. Up-beat music, challenging yet non-competitive workout  incorporating, dance, kick boxing, hip hop, partner work for resistance training, sport drills, traditional aerobics, and beginning yoga to name a few.  Having fun while addressing the five major components of physical fitness: muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, body composition and cardiovascular endurance. All with a focus on appropriate warm up & cool down.  This is a co-ed program for ages 7 & up with parents.

 

Hoopin’ Around - a favorite American pastime of the 50’s is now on the come back with all the bells & whistles.  Hoop dance is about finding your own rhythm with custom hoops, not your $ store brands.  Learn to move the hoop from the waist, hips, shoulders, arms and legs.  In addition to instruction on vertical hooping, beginner jumps, body stalls, tosses and throws, and other off the body moves and tricks.  The class includes a hoop warm-up and ends with a fast paced combination of beginner hoop moves that will get your heart pumping.  Class concludes with a stretching routine in which hoops are incorporated. It will push your limits, mold your body and leave you breathless.  Burns calories, tones muscle and energized your mind & body.  Hoopin’ Around….. it’s not just for kids anymore!
