New Students: $10 registration fee and September tuition due at the date of registration to hold your spot.
For returning students: Fall schedule verification & registration fee ($10) before Aug 1st, Sept. tuition due by Aug 21st!
Payment options will include check, cash, or automatic online payment convenience.

Ballet Classical

Ballet Classical Ballet provides a solid foundation for all other forms of dance and also forms the discipline, creativity and appreciation of dance as an art form. Students are motivated to strive for excellence in technique, grace and poise, with additional emphasis on strength, energy and athleticism. Pointe is taught by recommendation of the instructor when the student’s strength and technical achievement reaches a level where the additional challenge would benefit their classical training. |

1-2-3 Sports For Little Ones - A
Physical Educational program for preschooler ages 3-6.
This program covers gross motor foundational movements, sequencing

& more used in baseball, football, soccer, basketball & hockey.
Salsa
Style - A
blend of Latin rhythms and easy to follow dance moves such as Salsa, Cumbia,
Bachata, Merenque, Mambo & more that will get
you
on the dance floor. No
partner needed.
Fun
N’ Funky Fitness Family This
class is designed for children, teens & parents to get off the couch, put
down the hand held games, get away from the computer and enjoy quality family
time with Fun N’ Funky Fitness Family Style, a workout without
the use of equipment and high gym fees. Up-beat music, challenging yet
non-competitive workout incorporating,
dance, kick boxing, hip hop, partner work for resistance training, sport drills,
traditional aerobics, and beginning yoga to name a few.
Having fun while addressing the five major components of physical
fitness: muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, body composition
and cardiovascular endurance. All with a focus on appropriate warm up & cool
down. This is a co-ed program for
ages 7 & up with parents.
Hoopin’
Around - a
favorite American pastime of the 50’s is now on the come back with all the
bells & whistles. Hoop dance is
about finding your own rhythm with custom hoops, not your $ store brands.
Learn to move the hoop from the waist, hips, shoulders, arms and legs.
In addition to instruction on vertical hooping, beginner jumps, body
stalls, tosses and throws, and other off the body moves and tricks.
The class includes a hoop warm-up and ends with a fast paced combination of beginner hoop moves that will
get your heart pumping. Class
concludes with a stretching routine in which hoops are incorporated. It will
push your limits, mold your body and leave you breathless. Burns calories, tones muscle and energized your mind &
