Hey, the holidays are hectic enough without having to worry about how to entertain your friends, family or co-workers at YOUR house. Who wants all that extra cleaning before, and more clean-up after the party? And who has enough folding chairs for ALL those people, never mind table space? And what if they knock over the punch on your white carpet, what if someone's elbow takes out that expensive stained glass lamp on your end table..... it's not worth the risk.

We have tables, we have chairs, we have space.

You have fun.

Relax at your own party for a change!!

We offer a 45 ft x 30 ft party space for 2.5 hrs. All for only $135. (additional time at $25/hr) including up to 32 folding chairs, 2 long 8ft tables, five 6 ft tables and all the paper and plastic ware (plain colors) for your guests. We set up, clean up and will decorate for you. (note: You may arrive 45 min early for your event to set up food, etc, but be aware that you must exit promptly at the end of your party time, which means you should start wrapping up the event 15 min before departure time!)

You can ship any holiday paper goods of your choice or additional decorations to us and we will have everything ready for you.

We have an extra room next door available for crafts, gifts, activities 10.5ft x 25 ft at an additional fee of only $15/hr

Entertainment for children in your group is available as well at additional fees, including games, crafts, face painting and story reading. Call for details.

Coffee and tea service with flavorings $15 for 15 guests, $25 for 25 guests

Coffee, tea and pastries for 15 guests $32, for 25 guests $52

Cakes : pricing upon request. Generally a 15 person cake is $30.

Carnival style popcorn (in an old fashion popcorn machine) $15 /4 oz batch. Serves about 20 guests. Extra batches when that's gone only $8 each!

Bring your own food , we will prepare buffet space for you. Let us know if you need outlets for electrical appliances.

Deposit required:

We require a 50% deposit to hold your date. If you cancel for any reason within one week of the party we will retain 1/2 of your deposit as a cancellation fee since the vacancy cannot be filled in that time. If sufficient notice is given we can try to reschedule your party to the nearest date available.

We will have children at the party, are there any special rules?

Please supervise all children in your group at all times. There are mirrors and equipment and other climbing hazards. Children may not EVER run, the floor is very smooth and injury will occur. Never allow children to wander in the lobby unattended, for their own safety and security they must stay with the adults in the party room. No parent may drop off a child without leaving appropriate emergency contact information and signature of our liability release waiver. Children are not allowed to climb on, play on, or play with any equipment or items other than those which have been agreed upon for use at your party. If you have small children we can set out mats, tunnels and castles for them. Any damages to equipment, property or articles belonging to Dance Centers and Happily Ever After is strictly at the liability and financial responsibility of the person booking the party. Any damage or loss to personal belongs, injuries or mishaps, is similarly the responsibility of the guests booking the party.

How do I get there??

Don't use Map Quest or Google maps, there are huge errors in the Mt Penn maps and they dont' show our locations properly or the one-way streets that WILL get you lost!!!

Directions:

from route 422East and Wyomissing area take the exit for Mt. Penn, you will be turning left at the end of the exit ramp onto Neversink Rd. At the traffic light on Perkiomen ave /bus. rte 422 you will turn LEFT (Boscov's will be on your right). Continue up through Mt Penn, go past rte 562, and soon you will pass St. Catharine of Siena Chapel on right & School on left , ahead you will see the road now divides (empty Bank bldg in middle of road) and becomes Howard Blvd to the right, one way only. Our building is at the corner of Carsonia Ave (23rd st) and Howard Blvd (the road you are on!). Big brick building with SUBWAY in the front (Karate sign at top). We are on the side just past SUBWAY.

When you exit Dance Centers : you CANNOT turn left. Do straight out of the parking lot (Past Leinbach's hardware store) down the alley (Laurel st) to the other side or the highway (Perkiomen Ave) and then turn left.

IF YOU GO OVER THE VIADUCT AND SEE SIGNS FOR STOKESAY CASTLE and PAGODA, you WENT TOO FAR!!!!

from route 422west and Pottstown/Douglasville Just past the new Exeter Commons shopping area (Target, Giant, Red Robin), stay to the RIGHT onto Business rte 422 , do not go straight onto the highway rte 422 and go past Lowe's. (Boscov's will be on your left now). Continue up through Mt Penn, go past rte 562, and soon you will pass St. Catharine of Siena Chapel on right & School on left , ahead you will see the Wachovia bank, and the road now divides and becomes Howard Blvd. Our building is at the corner of Carsonia Ave (N 23rd st) and Howard Blvd (the road you are on!). from Reading downtown take Perkiomen ave towards Mt Penn. Turn left onto N23 rd st (Carsonia ave), take an immediate left onto Howard blvd. Turn immediately right into Parking lot where Dance Centers & Subway Sign is. Brick bldg.

take Mineral Springs rd becoming Howard blvd. Just a little past Arner's diner you will see 22nd st and Reading dialysis center, you will see the road becomes a one way, in fact there is a big right turning arrow in the middle of the road detouring the traffic towards Perkiomen Ave. You will see our bldg ahead, big brick bldg with Subway, Dance Centers and Tri Star Karate. So instead: Turn slightly left onto Dengler st. (jogging left around the one way section) and enter the parking lot from the top side where the Tri Star Karate studio entrance lies. Come down to the lower parking lot for Dance Centers.

Exit from Dance Centers parking lot directly to the right onto Howard Blvd. to get back home!
